Rooftop Solar Subsidy Journey
Other details — follow these six steps from government portal registration to subsidy credit in your bank account.

Step 1: Register on the Portal
Select your State and Electricity Distribution Company. Enter your Electricity Consumer Number, Mobile Number, and Email.

Step 2: Login & Apply
Login with your Consumer Number and Mobile Number. Apply for Rooftop Solar using the official application form.
- 03
Step 3: Feasibility & Installation
Once you receive feasibility approval, get your plant installed by Prompt Power Systems.
- 04
Step 4: Net Meter Application
After installation is completed, submit your plant details and apply for a net meter through the portal.
- 05
Step 5: Commissioning Certificate
A commissioning certificate is generated from the portal after net meter installation and inspection by your DISCOM.

Step 6: Receive Your Subsidy
Submit your bank account details and a cancelled cheque through the portal. Your subsidy is credited within 30 days.
